About Company: Currently hiring for Microsoft Solution Partner Company. Company having their brand presence into more than 30+ Countries. IT Consulting and services organization with core focus on Microsoft technologies & services. Providing business consulting, design, implementation and managed services which are trusted by various clients from USA, UK & Australia.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities Include monitoring, progress, following up with teams on the completion or delay of issues-resolving timeline, scheduling meetings, and maintaining documents and reports.
  • Work directly with Implementation managers to help and understand client requirements
  • Communicating with the team regarding issues and solutions.
  • Contributing to the planning and development of the requirements/new changes received from the client.
  • Supporting the coordination and management of the issues raised by client.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as, ticket creation, MOM, new changes recorded documents, scheduling meetings, etc.
  • Keeping track of and reporting on the issues/tickets progress.
  • Completing any tasks assigned by the PM in an efficient and timely manner.

 

Skills Requirement :

  • Verifying the task and communicate with clients based in US
  • Ability to test the product
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
